Between the film analysis, the Meat Wagon operators tackle the pressing southern etiquette of the perfect tomato. Plus, Carl finally confesses his undying love for the legendary Shelley Winters.

The boys gather in the ambulance to discuss SILENT RAGE (1982), the Chuck Norris Frankenstein’s monster martial arts mashup left for dead on the side of the cinematic highway. Along the way, they examine charcuterie’s role in modern intimacy and revisit the great 1980s panic over children crawling into small spaces - a conversation that leads to a shocking revelation involving an abandoned refrigerator, a field……and Carl.

On THE MEAT WAGON’s inaugural voyage, Col. James E. Wilson, Josh Lewis, and Carl discuss Baltimore backyard horror/sci-fi classic Don Dohler’s NIGHTBEAST. Along the way, they lament the cultural loss of regional horror hosts, debate the importance of a properly tucked-in shirt while fighting aliens, and break down one of the most awkward scenes ever committed to 16mm film.
